Job summary

Jumeirah Group is seeking a Food & Beverage professional to support the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, and managing outlet operations to ensure quality food and beverage service and maximum revenue in line with budgets.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in an outlet setting, with a focus on delivering high service standards, staff development, and adherence to health and safety guidelines. Dubai-based position with luxury hospitality focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Ability to plan organize and manage outlet processes to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of F&B standards in the outlet ensuring staff take corrective actions in line with Jumeirah policies.
• Monitor outlet profitability and provide recommendations to improve problem areas.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Listen and respond to concerns of other colleagues and guests as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, productivity, safety and cost savings.
• Organize and supervise day-to-day outlet operations ensuring efficient work within teams.
• Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support development.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment procedures to deliver luxurious hospitality.
• Incorporate guest feedback to correct dissatisfaction and elevate service quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of Food and Beverage standards in the outlet ensuring that staff take corrective actions as necessary in adherence to Jumeirah policies and standards
• Monitor the profitability of the outlet to provide recommendations and or solutions to improve problem areas and assist with implementing such corrective measures
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

• Actively seeks collates reviews and shares Guest feedback regarding food quality service and overall satisfaction and takes appropriate and timely action to correct any dissatisfaction
• Organize and supervise the day-to-day operations of the relevant Food amp Beverage Outlet to ensure that all work within a specific team is carried out in an efficient manner and provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Health Safety and Environment management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity so that Jumeirah group provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests
• Implement approved departmental policies processes and procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a quality service to guests and maintaining standards of excellence
• Motivate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for participating in change initiatives programs and projects considering best practices improvement of processes and productivity improvement
