Job summary

Shades Global Trading LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive growth across assigned territories. The role involves visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and fashion networks to present product lines, secure orders, and ensure shelf standards.

You will build relationships with store managers and buyers, track market trends, prepare sales reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in FMCG, apparel, or personal care.
• Ability to conduct in-person product presentations and negotiate with retail partners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in sales reporting and data interpretation for performance improvement.
• Good knowledge of GCC retail operations, especially supermarkets, hypermarkets, and fashion outlets.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.

Day-to-day activities include visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and fashion networks to present product lines, secure orders, and ensure optimal shelf placement and merchandising standards. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision-makers, as well as tracking competitor activities and market trends. The Field Sales Executive will prepare regular sales reports, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with internal sales, logistics, and merchandising teams to ensure timely deliveries and in-store execution. The position also requires participation in promotions, in-store activations, and new product launches to support overall sales targets.

• Proven field sales experience in FMCG, apparel, or personal care, with strong skills in territory management and client relationship building.
• Ability to conduct in-person product presentations, negotiate with retail partners, and close sales in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in sales reporting, use of CRM or sales tracking tools, and data interpretation for performance improvement.
• Good knowledge of GCC retail operations, especially supermarkets, hypermarkets, and fashion outlets; prior experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules and market conditions.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
