Job summary

Lift Mart Elevators and Escalators LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional in the UAE. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, visiting client sites, and delivering tailored elevator solutions.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with engineering and management teams to meet client needs. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, holds a valid UAE driving licence, and is willing to travel frequently for client

Qualifications

Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication.
Valid UAE Driving Licence; willingness to travel within Al Ain and surroundings.
Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Identify and approach new customers, consultants, contractors and developers to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct regular outdoor visits to customers, project sites, consultants and construction companies; arrange and attend meetings to understand requirements and present solutions.
Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations; negotiate terms within guidelines and coordinate with teams to ensure timely submissions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business; log interactions and sales activities in the company database.
