• Meet assigned sales targets by communicating product offerings.

• Evaluate customer feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
• Interpret sales data and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Compile reports on outbound sales performance for management review.
• Identify gaps in customer communication and propose enhancements.
• Calculate key sales metrics, including conversion rates and customer retention figures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Support the team in administrative and operational tasks related to outbound sales.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Professional Certifications such as Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP), or equivalent is advantageous
