Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present company services professionally and handle customer inquiries with confidence.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales while achieving targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline updates in Zoho CRM.
• Track and manage leads throughout the sales cycle with timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with pre- and post-sales support.
• Meet individual and team sales KPIs while upholding company standards.
• Stay updated on services and industry trends to communicate value.
