Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through high-volume outbound calls, booking meetings for property consultants, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline
• Book and coordinate qualified appointments for real estate consultants
• Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion opportunities
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive client experience
• Accurately update and manage client data in the CRM (Bitrix preferred)
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven telesales experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• High confidence in cold calling and working toward targets
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionallyExcellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage); Arabic preferred
• Good computer skills and experience with CRM systems (Bitrix a plus)
