Job summary

Ultiwise Consult in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a tele sales professional with 2–3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics to promote services and generate leads. You will build customer relationships, understand shipping needs, and coordinate quotations and shipments with internal teams.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets while staying informed about market rates and customs procedures, with a UAE location in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of Tele Sales experience in a Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics company.
• Strong understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, LCL/FCL, Import & Export, and Customs procedures.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer shipping requirements and recommend suitable air, sea, and land freight solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the operations and pricing teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Stay updated on freight rates, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
