Job summary

edari is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Organisation Effectiveness to drive HR transformation and standardise job descriptions across multiple entities. You will document end-to-end HR processes and develop SOPs, ensuring alignment with established frameworks within an eight-week engagement.

The role requires 3–6 years in HR consulting or organisation design, strong stakeholder engagement and meticulous documentation skills to deliver high-quality outputs within a fixed timeframe.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in HR consulting, organisation design or HR operations
• Experience developing, reviewing or aligning job descriptions with templates or grading frameworks
• Experience documenting SOPs and mapping end-to-end processes with workshops or interviews
• Familiarity with job evaluation principles and competency frameworks

Responsibilities

• Review, consolidate and align existing job descriptions across entities.
• Rewrite and standardise job descriptions per templates, grading frameworks and standards.
• Develop new job descriptions where missing or incomplete.
• Ensure roles reflect appropriate responsibilities, accountabilities and competencies.
• Validate descriptions against core, leadership and technical frameworks.
• Document end-to-end HR processes through stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process workflows for HR functions.
• Validate outputs with stakeholders and address gaps/handovers.
• Track progress and deliver outputs within the eight-week window.
• Provide support to Organisation Effectiveness as needed.
