Job summary

Higher Colleges of Technology is seeking an ERP Consultant - HCM to lead the Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and ongoing development. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design workshops, while configuring Oracle Cloud applications and supporting testing, UAT, documentation, and training.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Fusion HCM experience with multiple full implementations, strong Core HCM and Payroll skills, and preferred

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• At least 3 full implementations completed.
• Strong Core HCM and Payroll expertise; other HCM modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Lead design workshops and configure Oracle Cloud applications.
• Support testing, UAT, and prepare documentation and training materials.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements and production support.
