Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced HRMS/Oracle Fusion HCM specialist to support clients across the UAE. You will leverage deep knowledge of HR processes, payroll, compliance, and reporting to configure modules, security, and workflows.

Responsibilities include data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support, with a focus on delivering scalable HR solutions and actionable analytics through OTBI and BI Publisher. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience configuring approval workflows, security, and custom roles.
• Experience in end-to-end HRMS implementation projects including data migration and Go-Live.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and integrations with ERP or third-party systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.
• Experience in post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll cycles, HR compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
• Strong technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (ORC, Learning, Talent, Compensation etc.).
• Secondary skill can be Core HR, Payroll etc.
• Experience configuring approval workflows, security, and custom roles.
• Strong understanding of HCM REST API and SOAP services.
• Proven experience in end-to-end HRMS implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Reports, Workflows, and integrations with ERP or third-party systems.
• Experience in designing dashboards, HR analytics, and reporting solutions.
