Job summary

Higher Colleges of Technology seeks an ERP Consultant – HCM to support Oracle Fusion HCM deployments, enhancements and ongoing development. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, run fit-gap analyses and design workshops to configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules and support testing, upgrades and production support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM and strong Core HCM/Payroll expertise, with Fusion HCM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Minimum of 3 full implementations completed.
• Proven expertise in Core HCM and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses and design workshops.
• Configure Oracle Cloud applications and support testing/UAT.
• Prepare documentation and training materials; manage upgrades and production support.
