Job summary

OCR Alpha, in partnership with a global hedge fund, seeks an experienced Trade Operations professional to join its Abu Dhabi office. This role partners with portfolio managers to ensure accurate trade capture and lifecycle event management in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in middle office or trade operations with multi-asset exposure, preferably buy-side or hedge fund experience, and a strong eye for detail.

OCR Alpha is partnered with a global, multi-billion-dollar hedge fund that is seeking an experienced Trade Operations professional to join its rapidly expanding Abu Dhabi office.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals already based in the UAE who are looking to join a high-performing and growing hedge fund platform.

You will play a key role within the wider operations function, working closely with portfolio managers to ensure accurate trade capture and management of lifecycle events. The position also offers strong exposure to project work and process improvement, making it well suited to someone with an analytical, solutions-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in middle office or trade operations, with multi-asset exposure and, ideally, buy-side or hedge fund experience. The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail will be critical.
