Job summary

Amazon in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Operations Lead/Supervisor. Based at one of our operational sites, you will support the Shift/Area Manager, run pre-shift briefings, monitor procedures, and help ensure safety, quality and productivity on the line.

You will measure workflows, train staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve KPIs. A background in Lean or Kaizen and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required, along

Qualifications

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

Measure and monitor workflows and track onsite performance.
Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise daily tasks.
Assist with projects to improve processes, cultivate a safe working environment, and increase workforce engagement.
Work with other departments to address issues or support needs in KPIs.
