Zenvia E-Commerce Trading in Dubai is seeking an organized E-commerce Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations, including order processing, product management, inventory coordination, and marketplace activities.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and smooth operations in a fast-paced online retail environment. Strong Excel skills and fluent English communication are essential.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, commercially aware, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities.Candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, E-commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, marketplace operations, or business operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online business systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve routine operational issues.
