Job summary

Talent Higher is seeking an Operations Registrar to verify client data and generate required documents in line with business guidelines. The role involves handling large data sets, creating Excel dashboards, and producing daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested.

You will assist in updating SOPs and process manuals and provide supplementary training to the Operations Admin on processes and guidelines. Strong typing in English/Arabic and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large data and creating dashboards with formulas and pivot tables in Excel.
• Ability to verify accuracy of client data and document processing.
• Experience as a typist/Office Admin; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of client-submitted data and record it according to guidelines.
• Process and generate documents in line with business requirements.
• Prepare and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested.
• Assist the team in creating and updating SOPs and process manuals.
• Provide supplementary training for the Operations Admin on processes and guidelines.
• Utilize English/Arabic typing skills in daily tasks.
