Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in a higher education institution, preferably in a Registrar’s Office.
• Proven experience in institutional reporting, data and cohort management.
• Strong experience with Student Information Systems and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supports Registrar/Manager in preparation and submission of institutional reports (CHEDS, Degree Awarded Reports, enrollment statistics).
• Maintains cohort updates for programs and aligns with MoE and accreditation requirements.
• Ensures data accuracy, security and confidentiality of student records per university policies and MoE.
