• Own the product launch timeline from concept to launch, running cross-functional review meetings.
• Hold stakeholders accountable to ensure priorities move forward on time.
• Drive projects related to inventory management, fulfillment, and systems implementation.
• Identify risks and manage timelines to keep teams aligned across Canada and the U.S.
