As Operations Manager you will be responsible for designing and scaling the end-to-end operational backbone of the B2B marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of fulfillment, last mile logistics and customer experience, and will play a critical role in ensuring the platform can scale reliably and profitably. This is a hands-on, builder role with high ownership and direct impact on customer satisfaction and unit economics.
