Job summary

Moove is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to drive geographic expansion and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will coordinate the end-to-end launch process, align Legal, Finance, Infrastructure, Operations, Safety, and customers, and guide readiness meetings to ensure on-time, on-budget market entries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or product management, with 5+ years leading GTM launches or market expansion initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Expertise in GTM and project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing organizational systems.
• Growth oriented with a proven track record of scaling products and geographies.
• Willingness to work outside of normal office hours when required by projects.
• Expect 15% travel to support expansion.
• Familiarity with AI tools to scale operations and solve problems without hiring headcount.
• Ability to work autonomously in a decentralised organization.
• Right to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the end-to-end launch process in new markets; defining scope timelines dependencies and the critical path for each launch.
• Act as the central point of contact for all launch-related activities; ensuring collaboration between Legal, Finance, Infrastructure, Operations, Safety and key customers/vendors.
• Lead launch readiness meetings with clear status updates, identify risks and drive decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the launch timeline, budget and strategic objectives including regulatory hurdles and operational bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute clear communication plans to keep stakeholders including the C-suite informed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline infrastructure and operations processes, tools and methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement KPIs to measure market launch and other program successes.
• Lead programs to define research and pilot a technological roadmap to support efficiency gains.
