Elvira Executive Business Center seeks an Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support the center’s operations, facilities, vendor management, IT coordination, and robust marketing activities. Qualifications

• Education in marketing or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in business center operations or corporate real estate administration is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support operational efficiency and facilities management of Elvira Executive Business Center.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor management including security, cleaning, maintenance, IT, and telecom services.
• Coordinate IT and infrastructure needs, troubleshoot tech issues, and maintain IT asset records.
• Oversee procurement requests, inventory control, and supplier quotations to manage operational costs.
• Prepare and maintain weekly operations, maintenance, vendor performance, and asset inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health, safety, and regulatory requirements; drive process improvements.
• Lead digital marketing and content creation, maintain brand consistency, and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute events, community engagement, and tenant outreach to promote Elvira's services.
