Job summary

Elvira Executive Business Center is seeking a Customer Success Officer to manage the tenant lifecycle, ensuring exceptional onboarding, occupancy administration, contract handling, and renewals. You will be the main point of contact for tenants, visitors, and prospective clients, delivering premium service and administrative excellence.

In this role, you will drive tenant satisfaction and retention, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, manage meeting room operations, and support day-to-day business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business/Customer Service or related).
• Experience in customer-facing roles within serviced offices or business centers preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and CRM skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for tenants and prospects.
• Build strong relationships with clients and tenant representatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and positive tenant experience.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow-ups across channels (phone, email, portals).
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and occupancy administration.
• Support renewal discussions and tenant retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and occupancy databases.
• Prepare and file tenancy/service agreements and related documentation.
