Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an Operations Manager - Warehouse in Dubai to lead a high-volume distribution center, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and fulfillment while driving KPI performance and safety culture.

The role requires ~8 years of warehouse/logistics leadership, strong ERP/WMS knowledge, and experience with 3PL relationships. Bachelor’s in a related field is required; MBA/CSCP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is required.
• MBA, CSCP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• 8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and order fulfillment.
• Drive inventory accuracy and performance through cycle counts and KPI monitoring.
• Coach and develop warehouse supervisors and associates for safety and continuous improvement.
• Optimize labor planning, space utilization and processes using Lean-based principles.
