Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proven leadership of large diverse teams including supervisors and frontline staff.
• Demonstrated success managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, and data reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain; MBA/CSCP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and fulfillment.
• Drive inventory accuracy and performance via stock management, cycle counting, KPI monitoring, and compliance.
• Coach and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
• Optimize productivity through labor planning, space utilization, and Lean initiatives.
• Leverage WMS, ERP, and reporting to support data-driven decisions and targets.

What You'll Do

As Operations Manager - Warehouse, you will lead warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution center, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities.
• Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse performance through effective stock management, cycle counting, KPI monitoring, and process compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize warehouse productivity through efficient labor planning, space utilization, workflow improvement, and Lean-based operational excellence initiatives.
• Leverage WMS, ERP systems, and operational reporting to improve visibility, support data‑driven decisions, and ensure achievement of service and operational targets.

• Leadership experience: A proven track record of leading large, diverse operations teams—including supervisors and frontline staff—through periods of growth and change.

• Role-specific experience: Demonstrated success managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance within a regulated, fast‑paced environment.

• Technical skills: Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and digital productivity tools; comfort working with data and reporting platforms to inform decisions.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. An MBA, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.

• Role‑specific experience: Demonstrated success in inventory management, warehouse optimization, stock control, cycle counting, workforce planning, and distribution center operations.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, inventory control processes, and warehouse performance reporting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Professional certifications in warehouse operations, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement are advantageous.
