Qualifications

• 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA/CSCP advantageous.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations in a high-volume distribution center.
• Drive inventory accuracy and KPI monitoring with lean improvements.
• Coach and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline staff.
• Optimize labor planning, space utilization, and workflows.
• Utilize WMS, ERP and reporting tools to inform decisions and hit targets.
