Job summary

Qualifications

Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations.
Proven leadership of large diverse teams including supervisors and frontline staff.
Demonstrated success managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, and data reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain; MBA/CSCP advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and fulfillment.
Drive inventory accuracy and performance via stock management, cycle counting, KPI monitoring, and compliance.
Coach and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
Optimize productivity through labor planning, space utilization, and Lean initiatives.
Leverage WMS, ERP, and reporting to support data-driven decisions and targets.
