Job summary

Ingram Micro UAE is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Leader to drive end-to-end warehouse activities across receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and order fulfilment.

You'll coach supervisors, optimize labor planning, lean initiatives, and leverage WMS and ERP systems to boost accuracy and service levels in a multinational, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse operations teams including supervisors and frontline staff.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and order fulfilment.
• Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse performance through stock management, cycle counting, KPIs, and process compliance.
• Coach and develop warehouse supervisors and associates to foster safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Optimize productivity through labour planning, space utilisation, workflow improvements, and Lean initiatives.
• Utilise WMS, ERP systems and reporting to improve visibility and meet service targets.

What You'll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities.
• Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse performance through effective stock management, cycle counting, KPI monitoring, and process compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize warehouse productivity through efficient labor planning, space utilization, workflow improvement, and Lean‑based operational excellence initiatives.
• Leverage WMS, ERP systems, and operational reporting to improve visibility, support data‑driven decisions, and ensure achievement of service and operational targets.

What You Bring to the Role

• Relevant industry experience: Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations, ideally in a multinational or regional distribution environment.
• Leadership experience: A proven track record of leading large, diverse operations teams—including supervisors and frontline staff—through periods of growth and change.
• Role‑specific experience: Demonstrated success managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance within a regulated, fast‑paced environment.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and digital productivity tools; comfort working with data and reporting platforms to inform decisions.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• An MBA, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.

• Relevant industry experience: Approximately 8 years of experience managing large‑scale warehouse operations, distribution centers, or fulfillment environments, ideally within a multinational organization.
• Leadership experience: Proven experience leading warehouse teams, including supervisors, team leaders, and operational associates, while driving performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
• Role‑specific experience: Demonstrated success in inventory management, warehouse optimization, stock control, cycle counting, workforce planning, and distribution center operations.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, inventory control processes, and warehouse performance reporting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in warehouse operations, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement are advantageous.
