Job summary

Ingram Micro in the UAE seeks an Operations Manager - Warehouse to lead a high-volume distribution center, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Customer Service to streamline processes, drive cost efficiency, and support growth.

You bring about 8 years of leadership in warehouse operations, with strong experience in inventory governance, 3PL relations, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse operation teams.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance and compliance.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field; MBA/CSCP is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations in a high-volume distribution center.
• Drive inventory accuracy, KPI monitoring, and process compliance.
• Coach and develop warehouse supervisors and associates.
• Optimize productivity through labor planning, space utilization and Lean initiatives.

What You'll Do

As Operations Manager - Warehouse, you will lead warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution center, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities.
• Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse performance through effective stock management, cycle counting, KPI monitoring, and process compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize warehouse productivity through efficient labor planning, space utilization, workflow improvement, and Lean-based operational excellence initiatives.
• Leverage WMS, ERP systems, and operational reporting to improve visibility, support data-driven decisions, and ensure achievement of service and operational targets.

• Role-specific experience:Demonstratedsuccess managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance within a regulated, fast-paced environment.

• Technical skills:Proficiencywith WMS, ERP systems, and digital productivity tools; comfort working with data and reporting platforms to inform decisions.

• Education:Abachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, ora relatedfield. An MBA, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.

• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, inventory control processes, and warehouse performance reporting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Professional certifications in warehouse operations, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement are advantageous.
