Job summary

Expro in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth execution of multiple product line operations. You will direct planning, manpower and equipment sourcing to support client activity, while ensuring safety, quality and cost control.

The role requires 10+ years in an operational environment with proven supervisory experience and a technical qualification. You will monitor performance, drive improvements and maintain close liaison with clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience within Operational environment.
• Technical qualification.
• Previous Supervisory/Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth running of operations for product lines and ensure efficient delivery.
• Plan, direct, organise and source manpower and equipment to meet client activity.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements to maximise efficiency and customer focus.
• Control budgets and ensure expenditure remains in line with the budget.
• Coordinate with workshop/maintenance for equipment upkeep and availability.
