Job summary

UniqPay is seeking an Operations Lead to run day-to-day transaction and merchant support, supervise the operations team, and serve as the first escalation point for anomalies. You will bridge execution and management, monitoring pay-ins and payouts in real time and shaping the playbook for the team.

You will own reconciliation, coordinate merchant integrations, and ensure accurate daily/periodic reports, while driving improvements and clear communication with Finance and Tech.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in payment operations, with at least 1 year in a senior/lead role.
• Solid grasp of pay-in/pay-out flows, merchant integration, and settlement/reconciliation.
• Able to read API logs and work with transaction databases.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and monitoring tools.
• Familiar with ticketing systems, reconciliation tools, and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pay-in and payout transactions in real time and triage anomalies.
• Supervise and guide the Operation Support staff daily.
• Coordinate integration support: onboarding, identity verification, API troubleshooting, testing.
• Run settlement and reconciliation workflow and verify accuracy of reports.
• Investigate transaction mismatches and drive resolution with Tech and Finance.
• Update standard operating procedures for monitoring, integration support, and reconciliation.
• Escalate high-impact issues to Operations Manager with context and recommended actions.
• Produce daily and weekly status reports with complete issue logging.
