Job summary

Growe in Dubai is seeking a Payments Operations Analyst to monitor billing methods, analyze acceptance rates, manage withdrawal balances, and assist with new payment provider integrations. You will test deployments and suggest product improvements.

You will create monitoring guidelines for support teams, report daily and weekly activities to the Head of Operations, and collaborate with BI to build data‑driven metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, payments management, or similar online payments roles.
• Proficiency in processing financial and transactional information.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Understanding of online payment technical integrations, funnels, and flows.
• Experience communicating with foreign customers or partners.
• Deep understanding of payment and transactional systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payment methods and elevate issues to providers and teams.
• Analyze acceptance rates and decide on payment method enablement.
• Manage available balances for withdrawals and initiate top-ups.
• Review and create backup, contingency, and emergency plans.
• Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for support teams.
• Report daily and weekly payment activities to the Head of Operations.
• Assist with the integration of new payment providers and methods.
• Suggest product and flow improvements.
• Handle requests from customer support.
• Test new payment method integrations and deployments.
• Partner with the BI department to build data‑driven reporting and track metrics.
