Job summary

Dubai Municipality seeks a capable Operations Manager to oversee daily IT and facilities operations within the department. You will develop periodic plans, supervise maintenance teams, and promptly address system malfunctions to ensure continuity and security.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/MIS and 3+ years in a related field, with a focus on improving efficiency and cost control. You will prepare regular performance reports and operate under approved policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or MIS.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop periodic operational plans to ensure smooth workflow.
• Directly supervise operational and maintenance teams.
• Address any system malfunctions or emergency issues that may arise.
• Identify ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Closely monitor the execution of daily operations activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on system and equipment performance.
• Carry out all assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with the department’s approved Information Security and Confidentiality Policy and within the granted authorities.
