Gargash Group seeks a Fleet Coordinator for SIXT operations to ensure optimal vehicle allocation for bookings in the UAE. You will coordinate repairs, maintenance, and logistics, monitoring utilization and reporting on performance and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in fleet coordination or logistics roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet availability and allocate vehicles based on demand and bookings.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance schedules with service providers.
• Track fleet utilization and ensure optimal allocation to minimize idle time.
• Maintain records of vehicle mileage, conditions, and maintenance history.

• Prepare and analyse reports on fleet performance, utilisation, and cost efficiency.
• Support the Fleet Supervisor in implementing fleet optimisation strategies.

• Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.
