Responsibilities

• Handle SAIF Zone applications directly through the SAIF Zone portal.
• Process new company formation, licence issuance, renewals, amendments and cancellations.
• Manage establishment card and immigration-related applications.
• Handle investor and employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Coordinate with SAIF Zone authorities and follow up on pending applications.
• Review documentation and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Monitor application progress and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain proper records of submitted, pending, and completed applications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and clients regarding documentation and application updates.
• Stay updated on SAIF Zone portal procedures and requirements.

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is looking for an experienced Operations Executive - SAIF Zone to join our Sharjah team.

The candidate must have hands-on experience using the SAIF Zone portal and should be able to independently manage company formation, licensing, visa, establishment card, renewal, amendment, cancellation, and related operational applications.

Experience with the SAIF Zone portal is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle SAIF Zone applications directly through the SAIF Zone portal.
