Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SAIF Zone operations experience.
• Hands-on SAIF Zone portal experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of licensing, visas, establishment cards, renewals, amendments and cancellations.
• Ability to independently handle applications from submission through completion.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle SAIF Zone applications directly through the SAIF Zone portal.
• Process new company formation, licence issuance, renewals, amendments and cancellations.
• Manage establishment card and immigration-related applications.
• Handle investor and employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Coordinate with SAIF Zone authorities and follow up on pending applications.
• Review documentation and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Monitor application progress and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain proper records of submitted, pending, and completed applications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and clients regarding documentation and application updates.
• Stay updated on SAIF Zone portal procedures and requirements.
