Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced PRO – SAIF Zone to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on SAIF Zone experience, handling company formation, licensing, visas, and related government services.

You will manage SAIF Zone applications, ensure timely processing, and coordinate with SAIF Zone authorities and clients. Strong English communication and meticulous documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAIF Zone procedures and portals.
• Strong knowledge of company formation, licensing, visa processing, establishment cards, renewals, amendments, cancellations.

Responsibilities

• Handle SAIF Zone applications through relevant online portals.
• Process new company formation, licence issuance, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Manage establishment card, immigration, and visa-related applications.
• Handle investor and employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Coordinate with SAIF Zone authorities and follow up on pending applications.
• Prepare and review required documents before submission.
• Monitor application status and ensure timely completion of cases.
• Handle document submission, collection, and authority-related follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Accounts, and clients regarding application requirements.
• Keep accurate records of submitted, pending, and completed applications.
• Stay updated on SAIF Zone procedures, portal changes, documentation requirements, and government regulations.

• Experience dealing directly with SAIF Zone authorities.
• Strong knowledge of document requirements and application procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Good written and spoken English.
• UAE driving licence will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous experience working in a business setup consultancy, PRO services company, document clearing firm, or directly with SAIF Zone‑related operations.
• Able to independently handle SAIF Zone applications from submission to completion.
• Familiar with common portal errors, authority requirements, and case follow‑ups.
