Job summary

Borderless General Trading in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Order Processing and Operational Support specialist to manage customer orders and coordinate with procurement, inventory, warehouse and dispatch teams.

You will review orders for accuracy, track their progress, and help improve processes using Excel tools such as VLOOKUP and conditional formatting. Experience with large CSV files is a plus. The role is based in Dubai and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in internal systems and marketplaces.

• Track orders through all stages of the operation.
• Identify incomplete, duplicated, cancelled, or delayed orders.
• Resolve order-processing discrepancies and escalate issues.

• Order Processing

  • Scan and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Review orders for correct product, quantity, SKU, ASIN and other relevant information.
  • Process orders through internal systems and marketplace platforms.
  • Update order status and operational records.
  • Identify orders that are incomplete, duplicated, cancelled, delayed or showing errors.
  • Ensure orders are processed within required timelines.
  • Investigate and resolve order-processing discrepancies.
  • Escalate unusual orders or operational issues immediately.
  • Maintain accurate records of processed and pending orders.

• Operational Support

  • Work closely with procurement, inventory, warehouse and dispatch teams.
  • Track orders through different stages of the operational process.
  • Reconcile processed orders against internal reports.
  • Assist with daily operational reports and performance tracking.
  • Identify missing, duplicated or incorrectly processed records.
  • Follow up on pending operational tasks until completion.
  • Help improve processes to reduce errors and increase processing speed.
