Job summary

Udrive is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily coordination between drivers and the Operations team. The role ensures smooth vehicle movement, timely completion of tasks, and clear communication across teams.

You will monitor driver duties, assign deliveries and transfers, and act as the frontline support for operational instructions. Strong multi-tasking and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in driver coordination, fleet, logistics, or operations.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of fleet or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tracking tools is a must.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.
