Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Internship or training in operations, logistics, e-commerce, administration, or at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes, and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support sellers with basic operational requests and processes.
• Assist with shipment bookings, ASN requests, pickups, and warehouse coordination.
• Follow up on open operational requests and cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to get updates on seller requests.
• Keep sellers and Account Executives updated on the status of open cases.
• Update operational trackers, case notes, seller information, and statuses.
• Ensure requests have correct information before submission or escalation.
• Follow established processes and escalate when needed.
• Help sellers understand shipment, inventory, and fulfillment basics.
• Maintain organised records of operational requests and completed cases.
• Support Mahali onboarding sessions, workshops, events, and program activities when required.
