Job summary

Alef Threads LLC is seeking an Operations & Business Coordinator to support day-to-day ecommerce operations from our SHAMS Free zone office in Sharjah, UAE. This part-time role focuses on coordinating orders, inventory, suppliers, and admin tasks to help our growing brand run smoothly.

You will work closely with the founder, gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and brand operations, and receive full training on our online systems and processes.

• Previous experience in ecommerce, operations, administration, or a startup environment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, full training will be provided for the online systems and processes used by Alef Threads.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage Shopify orders, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with couriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and issues.
• Maintain and organize inventory records and stock updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
• Assist with preparing and organizing products for orders.
• Conduct online research and compile useful information for the business.
• Maintain spreadsheets, records, documents, and other business information.
• Follow up on pending tasks, orders, deliveries, suppliers, and operational matters.
• Assist the founder with ongoing business projects and tasks.
• Help identify operational issues and find practical solutions.
• Learn and take responsibility for additional online business operations as the company grows.
