Job summary

Nelnet Business Services (NBS) seeks a Program Manager to develop and oversee client onboarding initiatives. You will track progress, coordinate with teams and partners, and manage budgets to ensure timely delivery of programs and outcomes.

You will prepare regular leadership reports, conduct orientation sessions, and create onboarding materials while gathering client feedback to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related experience or commensurate education.
• 2 years of experience working with FACTS operating systems.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, charts, Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee programs and initiatives to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Track program progress and performance to meet milestones on time.
• Collaborate with team members, managers, and external partners for successful delivery.
• Manage program budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present regular reports on program status to leadership.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and training for new clients.
• Prepare onboarding materials and provide ongoing support.
• Gather feedback from new clients to continuously improve onboarding processes.
