Job summary

BDP International UAE is seeking a Contract Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate orders, inventory movements and timely deliveries within our UAE network.

You will manage inbound/outbound activities, monitor inventory, coordinate with transport providers, and maintain system records to drive service levels and reporting. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field with 3–5 years’ experience is required.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding or a related logistics environment.
Experience in inventory management, order fulfilment and warehouse operations.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound Contract Logistics activities based on customer requirements.
Monitor receiving, put away, picking, packing, staging and dispatch activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Coordinate customer orders and monitor fulfilment through to delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts, stock reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies.
Coordinate with transport providers for collections, deliveries and shipment status updates.
Ensure operational transactions and inventory movements are accurately recorded in WMS or other relevant systems.
Prepare and maintain operational documentation, shipment records and supporting documents.
Monitor customer requirements, SLA performance and operational exceptions, escalating issues where required.
Respond to customer operational queries and provide timely updates on orders, inventory and deliveries.
Prepare operational reports covering order volumes, inventory, deliveries, productivity and service performance.
Support billing activities by ensuring operational data and supporting documentation are complete and accurate.
Identify operational issues, support corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve service, productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, health and safety standards and applicable regulations.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting day to day Contract Logistics operations in UAE, ensuring customer orders, warehouse activities, inventory movements and related logistics services are completed accurately, safely and within agreed service levels.
