Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking an Operations Manager in Ras al-Khaimah to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth production support across departments.

The role involves leading daily operational meetings, coordinating with Plant Head and Planning, and monitoring inventory, supplier commitments, and dispatch readiness while promoting a strong safety culture and real-time transactional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Conduct structured daily operational meetings with concerned department heads.
• Work closely with the Plant Head and Production Planning team to ensure production requirements are supported.
• Identify material or operational shortages before they affect production.
• Monitor purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier commitments, and pending deliveries.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, identification, issuance, transfer, and reconciliation of materials.
• Implement daily cycle counting and periodic physical inventory verification.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Production, Stores, and Logistics teams for dispatch readiness.
• Monitor maintenance costs and equipment history.
• Promote a strong safety culture across operations.
• Ensure transactions are completed in real time and discourage backdated documentation.
