Job summary

Parker Conect in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure production is supported by robust planning and inventory control.

In this role, you will lead daily meetings with department heads, coordinate with the Plant Head and Production Planning team, and drive timely procurement, accurate receiving and storage, and safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Conduct structured daily operational meetings with concerned department heads.
• Work closely with the Plant Head and Production Planning team to ensure production requirements are supported.
• Identify material or operational shortages before they affect production.
• Monitor purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier commitments, and pending deliveries.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, identification, issuance, transfer, and reconciliation of materials.
• Implement daily cycle counting and periodic physical inventory verification
• Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Production, Stores, and Logistics teams for dispatch readiness.
• Monitor maintenance costs and equipment history.
• Promote a strong safety culture across operations.
• Ensure transactions are completed in real time and discourage backdated documentation.
