Job summary

Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) in Dubai is seeking a production planner to lead manpower planning, capacity enhancement, material control and a detailed production schedule.

You will coordinate with stores for material issue controls, import purchase planning and lead time management, and drive corrective actions for product/process non-conformities while improving quantity control and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan manpower, capacity, materials and production schedule.
• Coordinate with stores for material issue controls, planning of import purchase, and lead time management.
• Corrective actions to the complaints and Non conformities related to products / process.
• Responsible for Quantity control, process improvements and deficiency control.
• Implement management systems, policies and procedures for continual improvement of the organization
• Monitoring manpower, identify the training requirements
• Maintenance of the machineries and Equipment's.
• Managing and removing scraps and non-conforming products from the production area
• Insist on better housekeeping through clean surroundings and better waste management systems
