Job summary

New Toyo International Holdings Ltd. seeks an experienced Operations Manager in Dubai to oversee daily manufacturing, budgets, and cost-control initiatives.

You will lead plant operations to meet production and quality targets while driving profitability and compliance with ISO standards. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasts, and collaborating with Finance and Sales to optimize cash flow and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing operations or plant management.
• 3–5 years with budgeting, cost control or P&L management.
• Operational leadership with hands-on plant experience.
• Strong analytical, commercial and decision-making skills.

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality and delivery targets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of labor, machinery and materials.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and monthly financial reviews.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives across labor, materials, energy, maintenance and overhead.
• Partner with Finance and Sales teams to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Provide financial input for new product introductions and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO, internal SOPs, customer standards).
• Support internal and external audits, including financial and operational audits.
• Promote accountability, continuous improvement and cost-awareness culture.
