The role focuses on fatigue risk management, crisis planning, permit to work oversight, job safety analysis, hazard identification, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain safe and compliant operations in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Oil & Gas focusing on HSE and operating integrity.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement HSE risk management strategies.
• Develop and execute process safety management protocols.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and provide recommendations.
• Conduct fatigue risk management assessments.
• Participate in crisis management and emergency response planning.
• Oversee permit to work processes and safety standards.
