Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HSE professional to lead risk management, process safety, and operating integrity initiatives across our operations. The role focuses on developing robust safety strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will prepare and implement HSE risk management plans, oversee permit to work, conduct JSA and hazard analyses, and work with cross-functional teams to drive safety performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical, or other relevant disciplines.
• 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on HSE and operating integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement HSE Risk Management strategies to ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Develop and execute Process Safety Management protocols to mitigate risks and enhance safety.
• Monitor Contractor HSE Performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct Fatigue Risk Management assessments and implement necessary measures.
• Participate in Crisis Management and Emergency Response Planning activities.
• Oversee Permit to Work processes to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.
• Analyse safety data and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve safety and operational objectives.
