Job summary
ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to monitor performance and ensure safety across Group Companies' operations and assets. You will support HSE management system implementation, advise on incidents, and contribute to safety program development while aligning with ADNOC standards.
You will review reports, participate in audits, and help update safety manuals, with a focus on risk assessment and continuous improvement in our industrial environment in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or any related engineering fields.
- 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years as Safety or HSE Engineer.
- Experience in HSE project implementation, HSE inspection, and HSE systems.
- Experience in drilling, operations, construction, petrochemicals and refinery.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and coordinate activities in the assigned area to meet objectives.
- Train and develop staff on relevant skills to deliver business objectives.
- Provide input for budgets and support cost control measures.
- Implement approved HSE policies, processes and procedures.
- Comply with legislation and safety regulations across sites.
