Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering fields.
• 8 years of experience in HSE roles, with 3+ years as Safety or HSE Engineer.
• Experience in HSE project implementation, inspections, training, and HSE systems.
• Hands-on risk assessment studies (TRA, HAZID, HAZOPS, PSSR, HSEIA).

Responsibilities

• Monitor HSE inspections to ensure compliance with standards and safe handover.
• Review reports and inputs to provide timely HSE support.
• Lead HSE studies and ensure implementation of development projects.
• Develop and conduct HSE training programs and communications.
• Investigate incidents and lead crisis communications per command chain.
• Provide MIS inputs and progress reports to management.
