Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an OpenBlue Customer Advisor in Abu Dhabi to lead end-to-end delivery of customer value, onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and retention for OpenBlue solutions. You will work with customers across enterprise levels, training users and guiding product usage to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years experience in HVAC systems, building automation, energy management, facility management or building maintenance services.
• Experience with OT deployment in medium to large facilities.
• Experience delivering user training, product demonstrations and addressing operational questions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of customer value for OpenBlue solutions.
• Onboarding customers: kickoff, deployment milestones, user training and product tours.
• Adoption: monitor usage and check-ins to discuss adoption and value creation.
• Advocacy: triage issues, provide basic support and train customers; gather feedback and close loops.
• Retention and Growth: identify opportunities to provide additional value and earn references.
